The transformation of normal cells into cancer is a complex process and involves a combination of genetic and epigenetic changes. Recently, advancements in high-throughput sequencing methods have opened new doors for developing novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets to combat cancer, and that is where our group's research interest lies. We are interested in the exploration of the cancer genome and epigenome to discover novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
